We take great care to ensure our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted using natural fibres, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These are part of the character of the product and are not considered faults.

We cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Pricing or product information contains an error.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

Castanea does not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services;

  • customs authorities;

  • severe weather;

  • industrial action;

  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable outside the European Union.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn;

  • unused;

  • in their original condition;

  • with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Where gift cards are available:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot always be replaced.
