Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible using An Post, Ireland's national postal service.

All orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracked delivery wherever available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including customs processing, adverse weather conditions or periods of high demand.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Castanea cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been marked as delivered or left in communal areas, apartment building entrances or shared spaces in accordance with the delivery instructions provided to the courier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered outside Ireland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected directly by your local customs authority or delivery provider. Castanea has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, any refund will be processed less the original shipping costs and any return charges incurred.
