Our express delivery services are provided by DHL & AN POST Couriers. Delivery takes up to 5 working days and requires a signature. If DHL is unable to deliver your item, they will try and redeliver the next day.

CASTANEA is NOT responsible for loss or damage to packages that have been left in communal areas of apartments blocks or shared buildings.

Delivery times
Republic of Ireland – 2-5 working days.
Europe – 3-7 working days.
Rest Of World – 5-10 working days.

Duties

CASTANEA is shipping orders outside of the Ireland Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). All duties paid at check out are not collected by CASTANEA, they are passed directly to your local customs office.

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, once we receive your return package. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. Please send an email to castanea.ie@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

If there are any discrepancies in your order or you are seeking an exchange, please email us at castanea.ie@gmail.com In the case of an exchange, if we are out of stock in that style you can exchange for another style.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit. All returns must be sent via a tracked method. We do not refund original shipping costs.
