If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, once we receive your return package. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. Please send an email to info@castanea.ie within 14 days of purchase.

If there are any discrepancies in your order or you are seeking an exchange, please email us at info@castanea.ie In the case of an exchange, if we are out of stock in that style you can exchange for another style.

If you wish to return your item we can organise a pick up with DHL. We will email you a return label to print off and attach to the box.

Please note this wil incur a cost of €15.00 which we will subtract from your final refund.

Alternatively, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit. All returns should be sent via a tracked method. We do not refund original shipping costs.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for all unwanted items bought in our Sale. Please ensure the returned items are in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please email us at info@castanea.ie to let us know what you would like in exchange. We will dispatch the new item as soon as we receive the original item.

Our express delivery services are provided by DPD & DHL & AN POST Couriers. Delivery takes up to 5 working days and requires a signature. If DPD OR DHL is unable to deliver your item, they will try and redeliver the next day.

CASTANEA is NOT responsible for loss or damage to packages that have been left in communal areas of apartments blocks or shared buildings.

Republic of Ireland – 2-5 working days.
Europe – 3-7 working days.

DUTIES

CASTANEA is shipping orders outside of the Ireland Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). All duties paid at check out are not collected by CASTANEA, they are passed directly to your local customs office.

Castanea accepts most major credit cards via Paypal or Stripe. We also now accept Apple Pay. All credit card and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

We cannot be liable for any delay caused by refusal of payment.
